Dear freshman students,
As you know, AgeStock has a vision : 'to show limitless potential of enthusiasm that all students have'. In order to achieve our vision, we keep carrying out two things, which are connected to our missions, creating events and free papers that inspire all students including u.
However, we do not want to create common things. What we want to do is something special.
We do want to create a new age by achieving great movements. I think this movement can become a tradition, custom, culture and anything that is accomplished by all students.
I take pride in what we do from the bottom of my heart.
In addition, I found two treasures after participating in activities of AgeStock.
Can you guess what they are ??
The answer is Enthusiasm and Best Friends. AgeStock gives me two precious things you cannot find at any other place, which are Enthusiasm and Best Friends.
Remember, all of you have limitless potential without exception. You can do everything. Let's share the Enthusiasm with us, Best Friends.
So, I would be grateful if you could attend the meeting.

新入生に一つお勧めしたいことがある。僕たちの代表の話を生で聞いてほしい。Ageに入団するという可能性は度外視していい。これからの大学生活のために、自分のために、刺激されて欲しい。
上記の英文は代表のblogの一部と挨拶をかいつまんで英訳したものです。まとまりがなく、論理の一貫性に欠けることは否めません。実力不足です。申し訳ない。
話は戻るが、代表は熱い。PCの前で冷静に見ると、この文章に冷めてしまうかもしれない。しかし、生で聞けば感じてもらえるが、代表の言葉には厚みがある。重みがある。かっこいい言葉、着飾った言葉は世の中にありふれているし、それらを誰がどう使おうと自由だ。だが言葉の厚みや重みはその人のこれまでの経験、人柄、志 and etc..に比例して増していく。少なくとも自分はそう感じる。大学に入りたての新入生にはこの厚みや重みを生で体感してほしい。やりたいことがAgeに関係なくてもいい。大学に入ることが目標となって、入学してみて無気力になってしまった人でもいい。やる気や志は何か新しいモノにぶつかって生まれてくる。何度でも再生できる。だから、一度代表の熱意を感じてほしい。それがこれからの大学生活に何かしらの影響を与えると思う。

Lastly,
Create new changes in your life. Now is the time to take actions. It is easy to attend the explanatory meeting. Put on your shoes, you do not need to put on clothes. A naked body is fine (but you must wear your shoes). Then, locking the doors (it is important), leave your house and get on trains. Sometime or other, you can find you arrive @ Shibuya. You can come and say 'HELLO'. That means welcome to AgeStock2010 Executive Committee. Don't worry, and take it easy, guys. All of us are your friends. You can do.
